Vanilla Panna Cotta

Ingredients

Servings: 4

4 tsp gelatin + 4 tablespoons water
500 ml cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 vanilla pod

Preparation

Gelatin dissolve in water.

Give cream and sugar in a saucepan. The vanilla bean lengthwise slit and add. Dissolved gelatin of water.

Bring stirring constantly with a whisk at medium heat for cooking.

Give panna cotta in small baking pans and allow to cool for about 4 hours.

Serve with berry sauce.
