Chinese Noodles

Ingredients

To Egg Pasta
400 grams Pepper
Spring onion
1 bunch Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Ginger
1 tablespoon Coriander
2 tablespoons Pork Loin
400 grams Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons Salt

Preparation

Cut the meat into thin slices. Clean and wash thoroughly the spring onions and the peppers and cut into small pieces or strips irregular.

Heat the oil in a wok, add the meat and sauté over high heat until it is lightly browned. Add the vegetables and chopped ginger, slightly lowered the heat and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, add the sour sauce and soy sauce, stir well and remove from the heat.

Boil plenty of water, add salt, boil the noodles al dente and drain. Turn still fire under the wok, add the noodles and mix gently to the meat and vegetables; sprinkle everything with chopped coriander and pepper sichuan and jump for 2 minutes so that the noodles are flavor. Serve immediately, very hot.
