Bananas And Caramel Apples



Ingredients

banana
4 apple
4 Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon sugar
250 grams Ginger Powder
1 teaspoon preparation
125 g of sugar
half teaspoon ground ginger
half a tablespoon of lemon juice
2 bananas
2 apples untreated

Preparation

1) Peel the bananas and cut into logs, washed apples, dry well and cut into quarters. Place the sugar in a saucepan with the ginger and lemon juice, stir and let caramelize flame sweet.

2) When the sugar has melted and dark golden color, turn off the heat and, using a spoon, dip the pieces of fruit in caramel, turning to coat them completely; arrange as on a sheet of waxed paper to dry. Serve hot or lukewarm.
