Cod With Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

400 grams of salt cod already held ammmollo (then desalted)
2 potatoes
1/2 onion
4-5 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
parsley
salt
extra virgin olive oil

PROCEDURE

In a lightly oiled baking pan put the cod, cut into chunks.

In a separate bowl, place the potatoes peeled and cut into slices, onions, garlic, parsley and tomatoes all cut into small pieces, add salt and add 2 tablespoons oil; mixed and laid on cod.

Then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour without turning.

Serve hot
