Ingredients
1 packet of pasta 1 kg (tortellini)
100 g pitted green olives
100 g of Paris mushrooms
300g minced beef
100g chicken breast
50 g tomato coulis
béchamel sauce
2 onions
grated cheese
salt and pepper
preparation
1) cook the pasta and cook the oignons
2) cook chicken and minced meat for a few minutes then add the olives.
3) sauce and mix with the cheese. Add the tomato sauce and mix nouveau.
4) bake 1 hour and at the end, sprinkle a little grated cheese over pasta.
