Pizza
Ingredients
Servings: 4
For the dough
300 g flour
½ cube of yeast
1/8 lukewarm milk
Salt
For the topping
1 tomato
400-500 g of ground beef
2 onions, very finely diced
2-3 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons butter or oil
Pepper
Salt
Paprika
Preparation
Place the flour in a bowl and press a hole in the middle. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and pour into the well.
Salt and knead well. Pour the mixture into egg-sized pieces part, cover with a damp cloth and let rise about 20 minutes in a warm place.
Tomato crosswise cut, blanch in hot water and remove the skin. Then roll the dice. With ground beef, diced onion, butter, parsley and spices mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180 C and two grease baking sheets. Roll out the dough pieces circular thin and place on the prepared baking sheets.
Spread the filling on top and bake in preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
