Sweet Corn Casserole


ingredients

1/4 lb. ham
1 tsp. of Ac'cent
3 tbsp. Oil Chef
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 onion
2 cups water
1 large pepper
1 cup diced potatoes
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup diced pumpkin
l sausage
2 tbsp. Dry wine
2 pqtes. frozen corn (2 cups) or 4 ears of sweet corn
l tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt


"Cut the ham into small pieces and sauté in oil with onion, pepper and minced garlic. You add the tomato sauce, chorizo, salt, Ac'cent, pepper, water and potatoes. When the potatoes begin to soften you add the pumpkin and corn. Leave on low heat about 30 minutes. If you use corn cobs, cut them into thin wheels or desgránelas.
