4 large vine tomatoes, sliced
500 g of fresh mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella), sliced
Handful of fresh basil leaves
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
fresh ground pepper

Preparation:
A large serving platter alternately and some overlapping with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil evidence.
Drizzle with the olive oil. Season with sea salt and pepper.
