Soup Of Shrimp And Fennel

Ingredients

Servings: 4
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion
extra virgin olive oil.
20 fresh shrimp
1 fennel
10 cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper .
1 pinch of red pepper
1 / 2l of water
1 bunch of chopped parsley

Preparation

In a saucepan fry the garlic and finely chopped onion.

Once golden add the prawns fresh clean and cook for a few minutes.

Stir the mixture fennel sliced. Cook for a few minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and chili.

Add the water, after turning down the heat and cook with a lid for 30 minutes. Finish with 1 handful of parsley.
