Rice Pudding Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 base microwaved cake (recipe here)
- 200g rice
- 1 liter of milk
- 4 sheets of gelatin neutral
- 200g sugar
- 200 ml cream (cream) Liquid
- 2 egg whites
- Lemon peel
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- Cinnamon for dusting
Preparing
We base cake as the recipe says, let cool and put it in a springform pan.
Put the soaked gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes
Put the milk to boil with cinnamon stick, lemon peel, add the rice and cook 20-30 minutes. Add the sugar, cream (cream) liquid and let it boil a few minutes, add the drained gelatine and removed the cinnamon stick and lemon peel. We let it temper.
Assemble whites until stiff back and add them outflanking.
We drew over cake and let cool, we put it in the refrigerator 3-4 hours, better overnight.
Unmold and garnish with ground cinnamon.
