Baked Trout With Lime
Ingredients
1 whole trout (about 600 g)
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons melted butter
fresh sage leaves
1 unsprayed lime

Preparation
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.Clean the fish and remove fins and gills. Rub with salt, pepper and melted butter.
Salt body cavity and fill it with fresh sage.
