Italian Aniseed



Ingredients

2 eggs
150 g sugar
1 tsp aniseed
100 g flour

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 C / Gas mark 5. An ovenproof dish (23 x 12 cm) Grease and dust with flour.

Eggs and sugar well devious. Aniseed add, then stir in the flour. Pour the batter into the prepared pan underscore (the baking pan should be half filled with dough).

20 minutes in the preheated oven until a strengthener in the middle cocktail skewer comes out dry.

Remove from the baking pan and cut into 16 slices. The slices on baking sheet bake for another 5 minutes until the underside is brown. Again, contact and bake another 5 minutes until it is brown.
