Wok With Chicken And Vegetables
Ingredients
A chicken breast into strips
1 small zucchini
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
Media onion
200 grams of Egg Noodles
Preparation
The first thing we do is cook noddles. Normally the packages we buy puts on you to cook water and enter the noodles in water is simmering, so remove them from the heat, and let stand for 5 minutes.
Once we have the noodles ready booked.
Now what we do is chop the vegetables and saute along with chicken, being a wok, it becomes very fast so you have to control and spin all the time.
When this all-braised, incorporate the cooked noodles and fry, in this step we add the spices you want, I added some cumin, one cayenne and soy sauce to give an oriental touch :)
