Torta Margherita

potato starch


List of Ingredients:

3 eggs
7 yolks
Sugar 200 g
140 g flour
60 g of potato starch
1 vanilla pod Belbake
Zest of one lemon
60 g of melted butter Milbona
Icing sugar to decorate

Preparation:

We started beating the eggs, yolks and sugar.

Sift flour and potato starch and incorporate them into the egg and sugar mixture. Mix well with rods and add the lemon zest and vanilla seeds.
We incorporate the melted butter, beat.


After a round mold smeared with butter and flour, so we can unmold cake either. We introduce the dough in pan, bake at 180C (with the preheated oven) for about 30 minutes. After this time, let cool and decorate with icing sugar.
