Tiramisu With Apple
Ingrideants
Apples
1 package ladyfingers
1 cup cider, fruit brandy or apple juice
250 g Quark
250 g mascarpone
200 g cream (1 cup)
Vanilla sugar and sugar to taste
Toasted slivered almonds
Preparation
Peel apples, remove core and cut into pieces. In a large pot with a little water to simmer until the apple pieces are soft and begin to be musig. Allow to cool.
Quark and mascarpone in a bowl and mix well. Cream until stiff and fold in. To taste with vanilla sugar and sugar sweet.
Give cider, fruit brandy or apple juice in a soup plate and dip ladyfingers short. If the applesauce is very juicy (= liquid), do not soak the ladyfingers.
The bottom of a shallow glass dish with the soaked ladyfingers interpret. A layer of applesauce on stress and give half of Quark and mascarpone cream on it. Another situation ladyfingers, a situation applesauce and a layer of cream (depending on the size of the form can also make 3 layers).
Complete with cream and sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
Leave in the refrigerator by pulling a few hours.
