Chicken in green curry sauce with vegetables

Perpetration


Ingredients

1 can of coconut milk
1 tablespoon green curry paste (if you do not like very spicy middle gaffer)
1 tablespoon palm sugar
1 teaspoon fish sauce.
Other ingredients for 4 people

2 chicken breasts
100 grams of mushrooms
1 can minimazorcas
1 onion
250g long grain rice to accompany the chicken.

Perpetration  

1. The sauce is as simple as putting all the ingredients to fire
slow and let it go ligand. The can of coconut milk, green curry paste, palm sugar and fish sauce. Fish sauce is essential in this recipe so do not forget to put it.

2- After about 5 minutes, add the diced chicken.

3. Next, cut vegetables as you see in the picture.

4. We let cook for about 10-15 minutes over medium heat and ready.

5. Boil over Thai rice to accompany the dish, and critical because you soothe itchy! lol
