Beef With Steamed Potatoes
Ingredients
500 grams of beef for stewing
1 can of coconut milk
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 carrot
1 onion
1 tablespoon fish sauce (you can find it in Carrefour but is optional)
1 tablespoon palm sugar
Preparation
1. We begin browning the meat over medium-high heat. A golden time remove and reserve.

3. Once sautéed, add the meat, coconut milk, curry paste, palm sugar and fish sauce teaspoon (all that can be found in Carrefour)
Let cook for about 40-50 minutes over low heat.
4. For potatoes, make the shape of the balls with balls takes. We can also do it in squares or as we like and are very cool.
5.- we steamed for about 10-12 minutes.
6.- we get and gilded in a pan with a drop of oil.
7. Serve the meat with the sauce and potatoes on top. If you like softer because we left a little more. Everything depends on the thickness that has the meat and how tender it is
