Chinese style pork loin
Ingredients
2 kg of pork loin
¾ cup soy sauce
½ cup dry sherry
1/3 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Preparation
