Bluefin tuna tartare with mango


Ingredients

1 fillet of red tuna
Media shallot (red onion is sweeter)
1 shower handle
black sesame
Soy sauce
A few drops of tabasco
Freshly ground pepper

Preparation 

1. Make the tartar is simple. In this case we will cut into small dice tuna. If you have frozen will be much easier to cut half frozen, ie when going thawing is medium hard.
